Product Upgrade: New Pit Cart Monitor Lift Arms

CTech Manufacturing > Product Upgrade: New Pit Cart Monitor Lift Arms

Weston, WI – December 21, 2020: CTech is proud to introduce a pivotal product upgrade, CTech’s gear lift arms for monitor towers. Our incredibly talented engineering department has hit another grand slam with this in-house production innovation. Like many other refinements, this effort was driven by customer feedback and input. Originally debuted at the 2019 PRI show, this new gear lift arm system is already being outfitted and put into service on new and old pit carts.

A signature feature of observation-style carts is the large monitor panel, which is collapsible for travel. Our engineers have completely redesigned the lift arm system to make raising, lowering, and tilting the monitor tower a much smoother operation.

  • One-Hand Operation
  • Billet Aluminum Housings
  • Anodized Finish
  • Robust Internal Gear Drive
  • One-Hand Monitor Tilting

Utilizing a sealed internal gearbox, this tool-less hand crank system also served as the basis for our new cart stabilizer system. Just another example of in-house excellence at CTech Manufacturing. Below you will find some frequently asked questions about this new lift arm system. Please inquire online or get in touch with your CTech representative for more information.

Q: Is this system available in a retrofit option?

A: Yes, older carts may be retrofitted with the new lift arm system. However, this process must be done in-house at CTech headquarters.

Q: Does the gearbox and handle stay attached at all times?

A: The gearbox itself does stay attached to the cart. The handle however is in development to be a removed option while on-location, but currently will also stay attached.

Q: Is there any extra maintenance required with this new system?

A: No, the internal mechanisms are all lubricated, sealed, and backed by our lifetime manufacturer warranty.
