PRI Perfect: A Successful Return To Indy
December 20, 2021 – Indianapolis, IN: The checkered flag has fallen on this year’s Performance Racing Industry tradeshow, and the show’s return to in-person format could not have been more of a shining success.
Throughout the three-day marquee event, motorsport professionals of all kinds eagerly flooded the Indiana Convention Center floor to explore the latest and greatest products and programs available in the automotive racing marketplace. In the CTech display, there were plenty of exciting new developments to behold. Starting with the booth, or “booths”, themselves…

Double Trouble At The CTech Display(s)
Not only did CTech’s display move slightly further towards the center of the Green Hall, but it was split into two distinct experiences to better showcase carts and cabinets for the motorsport audience.
In booth #1925, a wide range of turnkey CTech carts were on full display; from simple service carts to the flagship ULTRA Cart Dual-Deck pit cart. In addition to the carts themselves, exciting new product developments were also on display such as:
- Re-engineered monitor tower lift arms (available now for observation carts)
- An all-new caster solution dubbed the “HalfAss” caster (coming soon)
- A revolutionary web-based cart builder (coming soon)
Located directly next to the cart booth, the cabinet booth (#2025) featured a very special demo of CTech’s new online cabinet layout builder. This completely web-based builder revolutionizes the way customers shop for custom cabinets. From the comfort of home or office, customers can go online and literally build their next cabinet or cabinet package from scratch with nothing but an internet connection. The online cabinet builder is noted for:
- Trillions of possible design possibilities
- Easy-to-use 3D rendering interface
- Simple checkout process
CTech’s highly-popular Econo Cabinets were also on display, which represent a quick and easy way to put the power of CTech cabinet storage to work in your garage or trailer. CTech’s dynamic range of BlackLine Accessories were also on display, helping any space gain a competitive storage edge. Both Econo cabinets and BlackLine accessories are already available for purchase online.
Storage In The Stadium
Outside of the primary CTech booths, there were plenty of examples of excellent storage on display around the tradeshow floor. For example at the trailer exhibit, located inside the Lucas Oil Stadium, a number of CTech dealers were showcasing a diverse array of the finest trailers on the market. Most of which were outfitted with CTech mobile cabinets.
Trailers on display in this exhibit ranged from basic vehicle haulers to full semi-based coaches. Many of which can take advantage of the lightweight aluminum construction of CTech’s cabinetry or MotionLatch® drawer inserts.
Some dealers like Capitol Customs and Chico RV also had specially modified UTVs on display, which have become extremely popular in the short track racing community for their dual-purpose tow vehicle/mobile toolbox functionality. These UTVs feature a mounted CTech cabinet on the back which has both MotionLatch cabinet and drawer storage for tools and bulky items alike.
Hustle & Bustle At Every End Of The Show
Even more CTech storage could be found throughout the tradeshow floors; with CTech carts and cabinets also being utilized for functional display purposes. The motorsport industry’s top brands recognize that their money is best spent on high-performance aluminum storage manufactured by CTech.
Because of CTech’s build-to-order approach, many other booths in the show were able to offer a stunning display experience that complemented their product and brand. Not only do CTech’s carts outperform the competition, but also support a premium aesthetic.
